ID: Remove civil staff or police staff from id card and replace with:-COMMUNITY OFFICER.

UNIFORM:Baseball cap with blue and silver chequered band,blue/black combats,blue shirt,blue jumper,fluorescent ballistic stab proof vest.

RANK STRUCTURE: 1st Year in service-3rd class officer or similar.

                           2nd Year in service-2nd class officer or similar.

                           3rd Year in service-1st class officer or similar.

                            3+years in service-Lance officer or similar via a review board only.

                            Whats your view on the above?Good or bad we want to hear them.
